Ką saugome
Iš asmens duomenų – jūsų el. pašto adresą, kuriuo prisijungiate (kodas atsiunčiamas el. paštu, slaptažodžio nėra), ir vardą, kurį pasirenkate paskyroje (kol nepasirinkote, rodoma el. pašto adreso dalis iki @). Taip pat saugome tai, ką įrašote: grupes, jų narius, išlaidas su sumomis, datomis ir dalimis, atsiskaitymus, veiklos istoriją (kas ką pridėjo, pakeitė ar ištrynė), jūsų kalbos pasirinkimą.
Grupės ir kiti žmonės
Grupės nariai mato vienas kito vardus, visas grupės išlaidas, balansus ir veiklos istoriją – el. pašto adresų jie nemato. Narys, kurį kas nors pridėjo vardu, programėlės neturi: jo vardą įrašė grupės narys, ir tik tiek apie jį saugome. Pakviesto asmens el. pašto adresą saugome, kol kvietimas laukia atsakymo; priėmus ar atmetus kvietimą arba jį atšaukus, adresas ištrinamas. Grupės nuoroda, jei ją įjungiate, leidžia prisijungti bet kam, kas ją turi, – išjunkite ją, kai nebereikia.
Kam perduodame
Duomenų neparduodame ir reklamai nenaudojame. Kvietimo ir prisijungimo kodo laiškus išsiunčia el. pašto siuntimo paslauga – ji gauna adresą ir laiško tekstą. Daugiau niekam nieko neperduodame. Jei įjungsime įrašymą tekstu su dirbtinio intelekto pagalba, modeliui bus siunčiama tik tai, ko reikia užduočiai – jūsų įrašytas tekstas, grupės narių vardai ir valiuta, – ir niekada jūsų el. paštas; apie tai pranešime šioje politikoje.
Techniniai duomenys
Serverio užklausų žurnale apie mėnesį saugomas IP adresas, naršyklės ar programėlės pavadinimas ir tai, ką siuntėte; programėlė įrenginyje laiko diegimo identifikatorių (pagal jį, pavyzdžiui, atpažįstama prieš prisijungimą atidaryta grupės nuoroda). Analitikos, reklamos ir sekimo įrankių nenaudojame – nei programėlėje, nei šioje svetainėje.
Paskyros ištrynimas
Paskyrą ištrinate pačioje programėlėje. Tada el. pašto adresas pakeičiamas atsitiktine maiša, vardas ir nustatymai ištrinami, prisijungimas išjungiamas. Grupėse, kuriose dalyvavote, jūsų išlaidos ir atsiskaitymai lieka kitiems nariams su jūsų vardu kaip nario be paskyros – kad jų balansai nepasikeistų – bet be jokios sąsajos su jūsų el. paštu. Grupė, kurią sukūrėte, pereina seniausiam nariui, o jei buvote vienas, ištrinama.
Jūsų teisės
Savo duomenis matote ir taisote programėlėje; paskyrą galite ištrinti bet kada. Dėl duomenų kopijos ar kitų prašymų rašykite info@splitello.com. Manydami, kad duomenys tvarkomi netinkamai, galite kreiptis į Valstybinę duomenų apsaugos inspekciją.

Privacy policy
Who we are
Splitello is an app for sharing expenses: on a trip, among friends, in a shared flat. This policy says which data it handles and why. Send your questions to info@splitello.com.
What we keep
Of your personal data: the e-mail address you sign in with (a code is sent to it; there is no password) and the name you choose in your account (until you choose one, the part of the e-mail address before the @ is shown). We also keep what you enter: groups, their members, expenses with amounts, dates and shares, settlements, the activity (who added, changed or deleted what), and your choice of language.
Groups and other people
The members of a group see each other’s names, every expense of the group, the balances and the activity – not each other’s e-mail addresses. A member somebody added by name has no app: their name was typed by a member of the group, and that is all we keep about them. The e-mail address of an invited person is kept while the invitation waits for an answer; once it is accepted, declined or withdrawn, the address is deleted. The link of a group, if you switch it on, lets anyone who has it join – switch it off when it is no longer needed.
Who gets what
We do not sell data or use it for advertising. The invitation and sign-in code e-mails go out through an e-mail sending service, which gets the address and the text of the e-mail. Nothing goes to anyone else. If we switch on the text entry with the help of AI, the model will get only what the task needs – the text you typed, the names of the members of the group and its currency – and never your e-mail; this policy will say so when it happens.
Technical data
The request log of the server keeps, for about a month, the IP address, the name of the browser or app and what you sent; the app keeps an installation id on the device (it is how, for one, a group link opened before the sign-in is recognised). We use no analytics, advertising or tracking tools – neither in the app nor on this site.
Deleting the account
You delete the account in the app itself. The e-mail address is then replaced by a random hash, the name and the settings are deleted, and the sign-in is switched off. In the groups you took part in, your expenses and settlements stay for the other members under your name as a member without an account – so that their balances do not change – but with no link to your e-mail. A group you made passes to its oldest member, or is deleted when you were alone in it.
Your rights
You see and correct your data in the app and can delete the account at any time. For a copy of your data or anything else write to info@splitello.com. If you think your data are handled wrongly, you can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
