Naudojimo sąlygos
Paslauga
Splitello padeda dalytis bendromis išlaidomis: skaičiuoja, kas kiek mokėjo, kas kam skolingas ir kaip atsiskaityti. Programėlė yra bandomoji (beta), nemokama ir teikiama tokia, kokia yra: funkcijos gali keistis ar laikinai neveikti.
Paskyra
Prisijungiate el. paštu atsiųstu kodu. Paskyra skirta vienam asmeniui – kodo neperduokite kitiems. Paskyrą galite bet kada ištrinti.
Pinigai
Splitello pinigų neperveda, nesaugo ir netarpininkauja: balansai ir atsiskaitymo planas – tik skaičiavimas pagal tai, ką įrašė grupės nariai. Pavedimus darote patys, savo banke ar kitaip, o programėlėje juos tik pažymite. Už tai, ar įrašai teisingi ir ar skolos grąžintos, atsako grupės nariai.
Ką įrašote
Už tai, ką įrašote, atsakote jūs. Neįrašykite kitų žmonių asmens duomenų į išlaidų, grupių ar narių pavadinimus daugiau, nei reikia, – nario vardo pakanka. Grupės nariai mato tai, ką į grupę įrašote.
Grupės
Grupės kūrėjas kviečia ir šalina narius, keičia grupės nustatymus, įjungia ir išjungia kvietimo nuorodą, archyvuoja ar ištrina grupę. Narys rašo išlaidas ir atsiskaitymus, gali keisti ir trinti įrašus ir gali išeiti iš grupės, kai jo balansas lygus nuliui. Ištrinta grupė dingsta visiems jos nariams.
Dirbtinis intelektas
Jei įjungsime įrašymą tekstu su dirbtinio intelekto pagalba, atpažintos išlaidos bus tik pasiūlymas: prieš įrašant jas patikrinate ir pataisote jūs. Balansus visada skaičiuoja programėlė pagal įrašytas išlaidas.
Atsakomybė
Stengiamės, kad paslauga veiktų ir duomenys būtų saugūs, tačiau, kiek leidžia įstatymai, neatsakome už nuostolius dėl klaidingų įrašų, negrąžintų skolų, nesutarimų tarp grupės narių ar paslaugos sutrikimų.

Terms of use
The service
Splitello helps you share expenses: it works out who paid what, who owes whom and how to settle. The app is a beta, free of charge and provided as it is: features may change or be unavailable for a while.
Your account
You sign in with a code sent by e-mail. An account is for one person – do not pass the code on. You can delete the account at any time.
Money
Splitello moves no money, holds none and stands between nobody: the balances and the settle-up plan are a calculation from what the members of a group entered, nothing more. You make the transfers yourself, in your bank or otherwise, and only mark them in the app. Whether the entries are right and the debts are paid is the responsibility of the members of the group.
What you enter
You are responsible for what you enter. Do not put more of other people’s personal data into the names of expenses, groups or members than needed – a member’s name is enough. The members of a group see what you enter in it.
Groups
The person who made a group invites and removes members, changes the settings of the group, switches its invitation link on and off, archives or deletes the group. A member writes down expenses and settlements, may change and delete entries, and may leave the group when their balance is zero. A deleted group is gone for all its members.
Artificial intelligence
If we switch on the text entry with the help of AI, the expenses it reads out will be a suggestion only: you check and correct them before they are written. The balances are always worked out by the app from the expenses that were written.
Liability
We do our best to keep the service working and your data safe, but as far as the law allows we are not liable for losses from wrong entries, unpaid debts, disagreements between the members of a group or interruptions of the service.
